The role is flexible, with head office in Melbourne, but open to Sydney-based candidates. You’ll combine commercial leadership, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to transform both retail and online channels.

Key Responsibilities
Retail & Multi-Site Operations
  • Optimise the existing café network and standardise operations for scalability
  • Redesign store formats to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Oversee site selection, lease negotiation, and fit-out management
  • Drive revenue, labour efficiency, and operational excellence across all locations
 
Online & Brand Growth
  • Grow the online business by leveraging the retail network to create a strong growth loop
  • Ensure seamless customer experience across digital and physical channels
 
About You
  • Experienced in multi-site retail or hospitality operations, ideally in café or F&B environments
  • Proven ability to run profitable, efficient, and scalable café operations
  • Commercially astute and operationally hands-on
  • Skilled at leading teams, improving systems, and optimising performance
