National Account Manager – Petrol & Convenience / Independents

Description
We’re seeking an experienced National Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts across petrol & convenience, independent retail, MSO groups, and distributor partners. This role combines strategic account leadership with hands on execution in market, offering the opportunity to shape channel strategy and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and grow high impact relationships with distributors, MSO groups, and P&C banners. Drive sales growth through joint business planning, promotions, and new business opportunities. Shape brand presence through category reviews, customer presentations, and partner visits. Partner with field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure execution excellence. Manage budgets, trade spend, and ROI on promotional activities. Use market insights and data to identify opportunities and deliver results.
Skills & Experience
Proven FMCG account manager with experience managing distributors, MSO groups, and P&C banners. Strong understanding of petrol & convenience and independent grocery channels. Commercially minded, results-driven, and confident influencing key stakeholders. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, flexible, and thrives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.
