Description
The Change Analyst will be part of a People & Culture–aligned transformation team, partnering closely with IT, Digital, and business leaders. Reporting to a Change Manager, the role will support the delivery of change activities across organisational redesign, future ways of working, and process improvement initiatives. You will work alongside a broad delivery group and subject matter experts to help prepare the organisation for change, drive engagement, and support sustained adoption across impacted teams.

You will work alongside a broad delivery group and subject matter experts to help prepare the organisation for change, drive engagement, and support sustained adoption across impacted teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the design and delivery of change initiatives related to organisational redesign and new ways of working
- Developing and coordinating engagement and communication activities for diverse stakeholder groups
- Contributing to change impact and readiness assessments across business units
- Supporting workshops, co-design sessions, and change forums with leaders and teams
- Partnering with Change Managers, HR, Project teams, and business stakeholders to align people impacts with delivery milestones
- Using data and insights to track adoption, readiness, and engagement outcomes
- Assisting with reporting, governance, and risk activities related to change delivery
- Around 5+ years’ experience in change, transformation, people initiatives, or project environments
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide change, ideally linked to operating model change or organisational redesign
- Strong understanding of change fundamentals, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and adoption planning
- Confident working with data, reporting, and insights to inform decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing content for business audiences
- Comfortable working in complex, matrixed organisations
- Experience in regulated, governance, or compliance-driven environments is beneficial but not essential
