Description
● Manage day to day operational planning, including allocating creative resources and leading planning meetings across the Customer Group.
● Own the end-to-end production process and work flow scheduling for all marketing and design outputs.
● Work closely with design, marketing and other cross functional teams to monitor quality and consistency of all outputs against the brief.
● Manage external agency and supplier quotes, contracting, budgets and delivery.
● Manage talent rights, image usage and other IP incurred with creative output.
● Support the Senior Project Manager on cross functional business to support the business growth
Profile
● 5+ years in digital or creative agencies or within a media publisher role, as a traffic manager or project manager, responsible for delivery of creative output.
● Intimate working knowledge of content production processes, with both small and large budgets.
● Proven track record in delivering integrated TTL campaigns.
● Desired: industry accreditation in creative planning from AWARD school, Comms Council, AGP or similar recognised institution .
