Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of accounting and advisory clients
- Provide strategic business, accounting, and tax advice tailored to client needs
- Review and manage financial statements, tax returns, and related reports
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and senior team members
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative client solutions
- Collaborate with partners and senior leaders to support firm growth
- Extensive experience in accounting and tax advisory within a public practice environment
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop professional staff
- Solid understanding of Australian compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CPA or CA qualification (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a commercial mindset
