Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of accounting and advisory clients
  • Provide strategic business, accounting, and tax advice tailored to client needs
  • Review and manage financial statements, tax returns, and related reports
  • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior and senior team members
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative client solutions
  • Collaborate with partners and senior leaders to support firm growth
About You
  • Extensive experience in accounting and tax advisory within a public practice environment
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop professional staff
  • Solid understanding of Australian compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA or CA qualification (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a commercial mindset
