FutureYou are delighted to be partnered with a Global Medical Co. on their search for a Logistics Analyst who will join their dedicated, passionate team  based in Macquarie Park.

Your previous Logistics Reporting & Analysis experience gained in the Health/Medical or Pharma sector will be highly regarded. 


Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to assess logistics needs
• Identify and resolve basic logistics issues to ensure cost effectiveness, quality, delivery and service levels are met
• Prepare various reports for analysis including sales and collections reports, inventory reports etc.
• Perform basic analysis to improve supply chain operations
• Liaise with APAC stakeholders pertaining to logistics and support
• Assist with raising of purchase orders, intercompany plant transactions & general support & assistance as needed
• Liaise with freight forwarders/ transportation partners/ customs to ensure cost effectiveness, quality, timeliness are met

 
Must have:

• 1year + experience in a similar role
• JDE/Oracle or similar experience is highly desired
• Good MS Office skills including intermediate to advanced MS Excel abilities
• Previous experience working in the Health/Medical/Pharma sector is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail and initiative.
