A leading ASX listed organisation is currently seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join their high performing legal team in Sydney or Melbourne. This opportunity will report into the General Counsel and will involve providing transaction support to the business.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Providing the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal advice
• A broad mix of work including; private M&A, capital markets, general commercial contracting and marketing
• Working closely with stakeholders and the business on their drivers and strategic priorities
• Assisting the General Counsel on various project based assignments and initiatives

 
 Key Requirements: 

• Ideally 3+ years PQE working for a top tier law firm or in-house organisation
• Strong corporate law experience and general commercial contracting
• Strong project and transaction management experience
• Excellent commercial, communication and relationship building skills
• Pro-active and positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced growth orientated environment
