With a partnership of more than 100, the firm operates through three core practice divisions designed to deliver depth, efficiency and specialist expertise across insurance, government and commercial portfolios.
The opportunity:
A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established and collaborative team in the vibrant Sydney office. The role provides direct support to two senior leaders, with additional assistance from a Junior Legal Secretary. The day-to-day of this role will involve:

The opportunity:
A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established and collaborative team in the vibrant Sydney office. The role provides direct support to two senior leaders, with additional assistance from a Junior Legal Secretary. The day-to-day of this role will involve:
- Opening new matters and closing completed files
- Managing practitioner diaries and coordinating appointments
- Liaising with clients, courts and tribunals and external firms
- Preparing and filing subpoenas and tender bundles
- Drafting and amending routine correspondence
- Preparing briefs for counsel and expert witnesses
The ideal candidate:
The successful candidate will hold 3 - 4 years experience previous experience working in a law firm in addition to:
- Strong organisational capability and effective time management skills
- A professional approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident IT proficiency, including legal practice management and billing systems
