The Opportunity
This full time, office based role in Southwest Sydney is perfect for someone with telesales or internal sales experience, ideally in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution. You’ll focus on building relationships, generating revenue, and supporting the wider sales team through proactive phone-based sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through outbound and inbound calls to existing and new customers
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Support the broader sales team by managing accounts when required
- Identify new opportunities and provide solutions to meet customer needs
- Track and report on sales activities and results
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales (FMCG experience highly regarded)
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for building relationships
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive sales team
