•     HR Administration Temp contract 3months highly likely to extend

Role requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the HRM with recruitment administration, reference checking, setting up interviews, screening candidates
  • Onboarding new starters
  • Assisting with Learning & Development course administration, ensuring employees are enrolled and up to date with relevant upcoming training opportunities
  • Assisting with file management
  • Assisting with all ad hoc HR related administrative needs in this generalist support function.

Essential criteria:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Previous back end recruitment administration experience highly desired
  • Appreciation for discretion and confidentiality
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
