  • Initial 6-month contract role - Daily rate: $600 - $800 plus super, dependant on experience

Opportunity: 

An interesting and unique assignment, a growing team that sits within a leading organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support with building out a brand-new business unit, focussing on senior-level, executive recruitment.

This role will involve a wide range of work across end-to-end recruitment, process management, project management and maintaining strong relationships with senior level stakeholders. 


A snapshot of the role:
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, with a focus on senior, executive recruitment.
  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire senior talent, aligning with organizational goals. 
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to understand senior hiring needs
  • Staying updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to remain competitive

 
The successful candidate:

You are an experienced Talent Acquistion professional, with a background recruiting at the executive level. We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the below experience: 
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a Talent Acquistion Partner (client-side), with experience recruiting at executive level
  • High-level communication skills 
  • High-level stakeholder management skills
