This role is responsible for providing a range of secretariat and administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the achievement of organisational objectives. The position also provides support for strategic, governance, compliance, reporting and corporate initiatives as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Executive calendars and supporting in task management where required

  • Leads the coordination and preparation of Board reporting and packs as required by ELT and Board.

  • Manages customer tender and contract administration process including coordination of information required from internal stakeholders through to director signatory as per deadline requirements.

  • Preparation, management and administering day-to-day activities including; office management, diary management, travel arrangements, conference management


Preferred experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high level executive and administrative support

  • Experience in legal and contract administration, potentially legal secretariat trained

  • High level communication skills with a particular emphasis on written communication

  • Sound organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise a changing workload

  • Excellent relationship skills including the ability to work with a wide range of people

  • The capacity to deliver high quality outcomes and meet tight and multiple deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision, exercise initiative and maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent IT skills and demonstrated expertise using all Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
