This is a role that calls for more than just an ecomm and digital expert, you will be strategic in your thinking not just an executional operator, you will think outside the box in supporting the vision and growth of the business. 

Description 

● Ensure all web content [paid and organic] is optimised for SEO best practice 
● Own technical SEO best practice , partnering with the Marketing team to ensure content is planned with this in mind from the beginning 
● expert in SEO tools - SEM Rush, Hotjar, Site Analytics and be the ‘go-to’ expert on tools in market
● Act as the gatekeeper ensuring delivery of a “best-in-class”  website & App, in partnership with Engineering.
● Response for accurate consumer facing product updates across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and optimisations based on performance.
● Owns CMS end to end - uploading product launches, updates and amends to all web pages and is the POC for quality and consistency for these digital platforms
● Responsible for CMS training and upskilling Marketing Coordinator to support
● Work with data team to setup campaign workflow within Customer IO for both eDM, SMS and Push Notifications
● Test campaigns within Customer IO for eDM, SMS and Push Notifications prior to publishing live 
● Work with Performance Acquisition Manager on integration of SEO and SEM 
● Assess impact to Web and App based on search SEO keyword visibility / holistic insights
● Competitive review and best practice for content on site and App -  video, text, interactivity - in partnership with UX for feasibility and Design
● Blog content and partnerships , and manage stakeholders to contribute based on insight 

Profile

You will have a solid skill set across consumer insight, marketing, and an Accreditation from Google or other industry accredited body on SEO principles will be highly regarded. Excellent knowledge of Desktop SERP, Mobile SERP and Appstore SERP best practice optimisations and experience working in a modern Tier 1 CMS such as Salesforce, you will have managed external agencies to a tight scope with outsourcing ‘’low value’ SEO tasks. you have a high level of comfortability with technology platforms and significant volumes of data. To make the most of this opportunity a passionate for food, health and fitness will see you really embedded in the business. it goes without saying this role requires excellent attention to detail , ability to prioritise independently , exceptional written and verbal communication skills . Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once with different stakeholders.
