About The Firm
This is a multi-partner firm located in beautiful offices close to Sydney harbour. The firm is growing and once the Director hire is made, they anticipate a 20% increase in their fee base over the next 12 months. They're primary focus is to offer business advisory and consulting services to subsidiaries of overseas entities and Australian SMEs with turnovers up to $90m. Their clients are all businesses who are motivated to grow and the firm takes pride in helping them to get them to where they wish to go.
The firm uses the latest software and is always open to new technology on the market. The firm has a team of around 25 onshore staff as well as some offshore staff. They are a friendly and diverse team who enjoy a social office culture. The firm works from home on Monday's and Friday's however there is the option to choose your own days if needed.
The Role
One of the Directors is currently at capacity but due to the nature of the work being business consulting, they are unable to accept any new clients whilst still offering this high level of service. In this role you will take over a large portion of this Directors client base (anywhere from $700k to $1m in fees) as well as continuing to organically grow this portfolio.
Your role will include financial modelling, cashflow forecasting, budgeting and many other areas of business advice. Your key role is to be very actively involved in your clients businesses to enable them to achieve their goals.
You will be supported by a team of staff who will assist with some of the outsource CFO work as well as completing tax compliance work for the clients.
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- Over 8 years experience
- MUST be able to offer complex business advice and have outsourced CFO experience
- A desire to work with growing businesses and form close relationships with your clients
