Description
- Create, optimise and report on Google Ads campaigns to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
- Utilise Google Analytics to track web traffic, analyse key metrics, and compile regular performance reports.
- Create, optimise and report on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok ad campaigns.
- Identify trends in customer behaviour, providing actionable insights and recommendations for web design and content improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase social follower base and engagement through both organic and paid methods.
- Liaise with SEO agency to monitor performance, conduct keyword research, and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Work with team members to produce high-quality digital content, including graphics, copywriting, and videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions, giveaways and other marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the website’s content is up to date, functional, and optimised for an excellent user experience.
Profile
- Some experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager, and ready to dive deeper.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics – you know where to go to work out cost per acquisition, create custom audiences, and check device category performance.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A general thirst for knowledge. An interest in staying up to date with the latest news in the digital marketing and user experience industry.
- Great time management and experience handling multiple tasks efficiently.
