This is a full-time role based at our Macquarie Park office where you'll be solving complex logistical challenges and ensuring critical medical shipments reach their destinations on time.

What You'll Do
- Command the Critical: Manage complex bookings and coordinate drivers, flights, and alternative transport for urgent medical shipments.

- Keep Clients Informed: Provide proactive, clear updates to clients throughout each shipment’s journey.
- Monitor Deliveries: Track shipments to ensure on-time arrivals and intervene when issues arise.
- Support the Team: Participate in an on-call weekend rotation (approximately once every couple of months).
