The Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Operations Executive to join our Critical Services team on a permanent evening shift (between 12pm-12am). This is a full-time role based at our Macquarie Park office where you'll be solving complex logistical challenges and ensuring critical medical shipments reach their destinations on time.
This is a unique opportunity to:

What You'll Do
  • Command the Critical: Manage complex bookings and coordinate drivers, flights, and alternative transport for urgent medical shipments.
  • Solve the Unexpected: Tackle unforeseen logistical challenges with creativity and speed.
  • Keep Clients Informed: Provide proactive, clear updates to clients throughout each shipment’s journey.
  • Monitor Deliveries: Track shipments to ensure on-time arrivals and intervene when issues arise.
  • Support the Team: Participate in an on-call weekend rotation (approximately once every couple of months).
