  • Managing a team of creative professionals engaged in producing high end television commercials, social media, packaging design, point of sale, internet content, print, podcasts, radio, presentations and more.
  • You will ensure that the workload is evenly and effectively distributed.
  • Assign jobs to those with the most appropriate creative talents and ensure that every project is produced on time and on budget. 
  • Work closely with Creative Lead, Copywriter and production team to ensure all work produced exceeds expectations
  • Gatekeeper for all creative briefs, ensuring all information is correct and complete before handover to designers / creatives.
  • Provides a sense check on budget and feasibility before any work commences.
  • Provision of accurate timelines to brief stakeholders via Asana as the core communication channel
  • Weekly creative prioritisation meetings to ensure briefs are graded correctly, assigned and workflow can be tracked in Asana
  • Monthly creative traffic meetings to review, drawing work together and working with cross functional teams 
  • Ensure data driven decisions on creative performance can be made, in particular the cost / benefit
  • Management of brand system / guideline in partnership with Snr Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing. Be a key owner of brand system iterations (i.e. Motion, Music and other assets as developed).
  • Own all technology systems and platforms which enable the Creative team to produce world class work - i.e. Ziflow, DAM, FIGMA, Asana, Adobe, other software etc
  • Responsible for management of talent rights, image usage and other IP incurred with creative output [ with support from external legal team ]
  • As required produce a preferred supplier list updating it as and when required taking into consideration the needs and requirements of the individual projects
  • Own external supplier relationships such as agencies utilized for production, ensuring it is to budget, efficient and the assets are ‘fit for format’ 


● Motivate creatives to appreciate the importance of budgets and deadlines
● Explain clearly what’s what about any job, at any time, to anyone who asks
● Understand how creatives think and how to get the best out of them
● Demonstrate an appreciation of what is and what isn’t ‘Good Creative’ - providing feedback so that the creative team remain motivated and feel valued
● Not miss the detail that everyone else misses
● Run a meeting so a second meeting is not required
● Keep a cool head and a clear mind especially when high pressure deadlines are looming
