  • Write ‘base template’ copy frameworks for all our owned platforms and external assets in line with our approved brand system 
  • Content such as Headlines, Sub Headings, Product descriptions, Short / medium / long copy, Romance copy across all Owned assets (Organic social, eDM, Packaging etc)
  • Own the creation of messaging hierarchies which are simple and relevant for the target audience & channel
  • Work in tight partnership with UX, Data and broader marketing team to refine copy based on SEO, consumer data and other technical requirements 
  • Driving content on owned channels, Performance media formats, Traditional mass media formats, Packaging, POS
  • Be a driver of the creative review process in partnership with the Creative lead,
  • Carry a project from concept through to completion using Asana, ZiFlow and other project management tools 
  • Be the guardian of Tone of Voice and protect Visual Identity to ensure assets are as distinctive in market as possible
  • The expert on branding devices and add creative flair to the ideation process internally
  • Critical support in Content marketing initiatives led by the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive 
  • Recommending new content ideas to address gaps in current content, identifying customer wants and needs in the process
  • Ensuring the Organic content calendar is adhered to on time, to budget and is driving the highest conversion / engagement rates possible
  • Overseeing, proofreading and editing written blog content produced by brand ambassador network, ensuring ambassadors deliver on all brief requirements. 


if you posses a pragmatic attitude to creative work - in particular, a willingness to accept data driven thinking to help shape exceptional creative work you will thrive, you are an expert at articulating a compelling point of view with a sharp tone of voice that has a distinguished style. You have good knowledge of the default tones of voice in key social channels and other publishers, a great working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in other design services - Canva etc . You may have experience in a creative agency, in house design team or freelance this will all serve well along with a strong portfolio of outstanding creative / design work. You will have good understanding of typography, colour and design layout best practice principles and be passionate about design and a strong eye for detail and accuracy  and of course excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is a must
Tertiary qualification in a relevant or related field to marketing / media / creative will be highly regarded as will formalised Copy / creative qualification such as AWARD school or similar . You must be passionate and able to present work to senior stakeholders , leveraging best practice and data to inform the work presented. Basic HTML knowledge is advantageous but not essential
