Description
This position combines inside sales, client relationship management, and high-level administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client base
- Supporting the Sales Team with follow ups and account coordination
- Assisting the CEO with reporting, summaries, and client updates
- Maintaining and updating CRM and client databases
- Preparing reports and tracking client engagement activity
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- General administrative support and workflow coordination
Profile

You will ideally bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, account management, client success or customer service
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A confident and professional phone manner
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- The ability to work closely with senior leadership
- A hardworking, team-oriented attitude
