Client Details

A well-established and growing organisation based in Rosebery is seeking a confident and highly organised Sales coordinator to join their team.

This is an inside sales role with a strong administrative focus, supporting the CEO and Sales Team to drive client retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

If you enjoy being the central point of contact for clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks  this role offers variety, responsibility, and impact.


Description 

This position combines inside sales, client relationship management, and high-level administration.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client base
  • Supporting the Sales Team with follow ups and account coordination
  • Assisting the CEO with reporting, summaries, and client updates
  • Maintaining and updating CRM and client databases
  • Preparing reports and tracking client engagement activity
  • Coordinating meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • General administrative support and workflow coordination
This is a hands-on role requiring someone confident on the phone, commercially aware, and exceptionally detail-oriented.


Profile

Your text hereYou are confident, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
You will ideally bring:
  • 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, account management, client success or customer service
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A confident and professional phone manner
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • The ability to work closely with senior leadership
  • A hardworking, team-oriented attitude
Experience in real estate, property, education, training, or other service-based industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
