We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to play a pivotal role in the creation, delivery, and management of premium events across Australia and New Zealand. These events bring together senior executives, industry leaders, and global speakers in curated sessions designed to inspire, inform, and connect.
This role blends client relationship ownership, event management and project delivery, giving you the opportunity to drive high impact outcomes from start to finish. You’ll work alongside senior teams across sales, marketing, data, and operations, supporting everything from onboarding new clients to managing logistics.

You’ll work alongside senior teams across sales, marketing, data, and operations, supporting everything from onboarding new clients to managing logistics.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the client journey: from onboarding to post event follow ups, ensuring seamless delivery and satisfaction
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming their trusted point of contact
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and speakers to align expectations and outcomes
- Track progress, report outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and client growth
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or event management
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver projects independently
- Confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Comfortable using CRM and workflow tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp)
- Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to make an impact
- Work directly with senior executives and high profile clients
