The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director Australia, you will play a pivotal role in growing the WA business. This is a true hunter role: you will leverage existing relationships, develop new opportunities, and represent the business across the WA legal market. Working closely with national teams, you will provide strategic, tailored solutions that deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior legal and commercial stakeholders
  • Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach and opportunity development
  • Re-engage dormant clients and expand existing accounts
  • Align client needs with tailored legal and professional services solutions
  • Collaborate with national teams to deliver high quality outcomes
  • Manage the full client engagement cycle, from lead generation to delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline updates
  • Represent the business at industry events, meetings, and briefings
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, client management, or legal/professional services sales
  • Background in legal recruitment or legal services is highly desirable
  • Hunter mindset with high energy, resilience, and commercial curiosity
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Relationship driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
  • High integrity, coachable, and motivated to exceed targets
