The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director Australia, you will be a key driver of growth in WA. This is a true business development role – leveraging existing relationships, developing new opportunities, and representing the business across the WA legal and professional services market. Working closely with national teams, you will deliver tailored solutions that create exceptional client outcomes.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director Australia, you will be a key driver of growth in WA. This is a true business development role – leveraging existing relationships, developing new opportunities, and representing the business across the WA legal and professional services market. Working closely with national teams, you will deliver tailored solutions that create exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and develop opportunities across the WA legal market
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior legal and commercial stakeholders
- Re-engage dormant clients and expand existing accounts
- Translate client needs into tailored legal and professional services solutions
- Collaborate with national teams to deliver high quality outcomes
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline updates
- Represent the business at industry events, briefings, and client meetings
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally in legal recruitment, professional services, or related sectors
- Proven hunter mindset motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Strong communicator with executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Relationship-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
- High integrity, coachable, and driven to exceed targets
