Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level administrative support to the team and senior stakeholders
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentation materials using relevant technology
- Manage and process business information in line with standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate record-keeping systems, ensuring information is secure and easily accessible
- Implement and improve administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate meetings and support cross-functional communication across business areas
- Assist with contract management administration, including extracting and compiling reports
- Respond to emerging issues and provide solutions to minimise organisational risk
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting contract management processes (desirable)
