My client is a leading non-bank lender known for its remarkable organic growth, great reputation in the Australian market & for its fantastic culture supporting learning, development and career progression. They are seeking a high-calibre Treasury & Securitisation Manager to join the Treasury team in this dynamic role.
 
Description
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Treasury Analyst / Treasury Manager with a treasury and securitisation background of 5+ years to gain people management experience and further depth and breadth of experiences in this end-to-end role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure monthly reporting obligations are met including monthly waterfall reporting, pool-cuts and triggers, funding reporting, portfolio parameter reporting, compliance reporting, distributions, covenants and of borrowing facilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Treasury Analysts 
  • Understand and develop funding models through legal documentation interpretation
  • Analyse and provide insight on funding vehicles, including performance trends and upcoming challenges.
  • Execution of funding activities to ensure new assets are funded efficiently to ensure timely cashflow management.
  • Build and manage key internal stakeholder relationships across Treasury and Finance and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, trustees and rating agencies
  • Process Improvements & Projects
Profile
To be successful, you must have:
  • 5+ years experience within securitisation and treasury reporting
  • 5+ years experience with funding vehicles, investor reporting, warehouse management, legal documentation interpretation and cashflow waterfalls, pool cuts and triggers
  • Prior experience in data analysis / interpretation / model manipulation / building models
  • Prior people management experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience working within a non-bank lender will be highly advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, complex formulas, VBA)
Job Offer
The salary on offer for this permanent role is $160k to $180k base + super + bonus potential.
