They are embarking on an exciting growth journey and have created a new role for a Passionate and Experienced People Partner with a “can do” attitude to join their supportive team.  This role will involve travel to their various sites around Greater Sydney to partner, support and coach their leaders.
 
 
More about the role:


  • Engage and partner with site leaders across the organisation to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Support business leaders on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Provide coaching to business leaders on employee performance management and employment laws.
  • Talent Acquisition.
  • Provide support and guidance on compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Support various change projects and initiatives.
 
The Requirements:


  • A tertiary qualification in area of HRM or relevant discipline is highly desired.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience & success in previous HR Generalist/Advisor roles, preferably gained in the Healthcare or Aged Care sectors.
  • Must be experienced in interpreting and advising managers on employee relations matters, including performance management.
  • An understanding of the legislative and industrial framework that applies to human resources management issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in resolving Human Resource issues, using well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel to different sites. (Their head office is based in North Sydney but you will enjoy the flexibility & freedom to choose any of their modern sites your main office: Rose Bay; Mona Vale; Thornleigh; Hunters Hill; Caringbah).
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
