We are seeking a senior interim consultant to lead a high-impact discovery and diagnostic phase for a transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
- Scope & Diagnose: Lead discovery and diagnostic phases to uncover why increasing costs aren’t matched by increased value. Define programs of work to address root causes.
- Optimise for Efficiency: Identify opportunities for AI-led automation, tech asset optimisation, and leaner operations. Improve capacity to deliver more through streamlined processes and smart technology use.
- Build Internal Capability: Establish a foundation for long-term success through upskilling, organisational design, and process maturity uplift.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Influence executive and board-level stakeholders with clear insight, structured thinking, and persuasive transformation roadmaps.
- Consulting-Led Delivery: Operate at a strategic level, focusing on diagnosis, strategic design, and enabling internal teams, not hands-on contracting delivery.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in interim transformation, strategy, or change leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of operational excellence, AI/digital enablement, and capability building.
- Skilled in diagnosing business challenges and defining clear, actionable programs of work.
- Confident engaging at senior leadership and board level.
- Brings a consulting mindset focused on outcomes, value, and sustainability.
