Talent Acquisition Officer (Professional Services)
6-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Hybrid Working

We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to find a Talent Acquisition Officer to join their Operations Support team on a 6-month contract.
The Opportunity This role sits within a high-performing TA/People & Culture function, supporting recruitment delivery across the business. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, contract preparation, and maintaining accurate candidate and employee data, ensuring smooth and compliant hiring processes.

The Opportunity This role sits within a high-performing TA/People & Culture function, supporting recruitment delivery across the business. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, contract preparation, and maintaining accurate candidate and employee data, ensuring smooth and compliant hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employment contracts and coordinate onboarding documentation
- Maintain and update candidate, employee, and contractor records across internal systems
- Support recruiters and hiring managers across the recruitment lifecycle
- Respond to candidate and stakeholder enquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with internal movements and TA-related administration
- Contribute to process improvements within the TA function
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR support role within a professional services or corporate environment
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven recruitment function
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
