Description
As State Manager you’ll be responsible for maintenance of the existing customer base alongside developing a clear new business plan to facilitate company growth. As State Manager a proportion of your time will be spent coaching, nurturing and developing the team alongside product forecasting and delivering the state’s annual business plan.

Experience of specifying product within the A&D community

Description
As State Manager you’ll be responsible for maintenance of the existing customer base alongside developing a clear new business plan to facilitate company growth. As State Manager a proportion of your time will be spent coaching, nurturing and developing the team alongside product forecasting and delivering the state’s annual business plan.
Key tasks include;
- Achieve sales and cost budgets
- Deliver and facilitate Architectural CPD’s and product presentations
- Drive communication of projects down through the contractor team to ensure increasing conversion rates.
- Work closely with wider sales team to ensure collaborative segment activity is supported and developed
- Provide coaching & advice to your team to achieve agreed objectives.
- Ensure Trade & Projects account managers are keeping to the planned call cycle.
- Keep ranging and pricing up to date
- Increase the number of specified projects
