Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage a portfolio of clients that is $800k in fees. 
  • Provide advice and build strong relationships with diverse clients from a mix of industries.
  • Guide and manage a team of 2-4 Intermediates and Juniors.
  • Provide strategic input on new opportunities and solutions.
  • Complete various tax matters for different client groups.
  • Host face to face meetings with clients.
  • Oversee tasks including management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning.
  • Provide advice on estate planning, business structuring, and wealth management. 
  • Review work and organise workflows for your team.

Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience within Australian public practice.
  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • Passionate and ambitious with a desire to learn. 
  • Enthusiastic to build relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative, positive, and friendly. 
  • The ability to confidently face clients..
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
