Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of junior staff in Newcastle and Philippines, while working alongside the Managers and Directors.
- Oversee tasks including management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning.
- Partake in the client engagement process and provide client advice.
- Complete tax returns and financial statements for complex client groups, and work on various tax matters.
- Work with a diverse range of local clients including HNWIs, to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Host virtual and face to face meetings with clients.
- Review work and organise workflows for your team.
Skills and Experience
- At least 3-6 years of experience within public practice.
- Near completion or complete CA/CPA qualification.
- Be technically adept with accounting standards.
- Be able to develop relationships with clients and team members.
- The ability to work independently.
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
