Profile

Project/Program Managers will often play a people management role within the projects and programs they work on. As members of the Global Transformation management team, they may also have line or assignment management responsibility for a group of more junior resources within their resource pool.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the establishment of effective project/program controls, procedures and quality assurance processes.
• Lead the project/program approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes.
• Provide management to maintain a focus on how the project/program aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio.
• Promote and take accountability for project/program quality; identify opportunities to improve delivery. Taking a hands on approach as necessary.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project or programme leadership and committees as appropriate and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation.

 
Requirements: 

• A sound understanding of the New Payments Platform including the Regulations and Procedures.
• A sound understanding of Open Banking and the CDR regulations and standards.
• Major program implementation experience including Core Banking environment technology change and delivery or other Regulatory delivery experience.
