Senior Portfolio Analyst
6 Month Contract
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to join a large, complex organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Director, Performance Analytics, this role plays a critical part in delivering data-led insights across customer identity, authentication and credit processes, supporting improved risk management, compliance and customer experience.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering advanced analytics and reporting solutions that provide visibility across end-to-end customer identity and authentication journeys, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across finance, risk, technology and commercial teams.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering advanced analytics and reporting solutions that provide visibility across end-to-end customer identity and authentication journeys, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across finance, risk, technology and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to monitor identity verification and authentication controls.
- Develop reporting frameworks to support internal policy, regulatory and governance requirements.
- Deliver actionable insights and forecasting to highlight risks, opportunities and performance trends.
- Translate complex data and policy requirements into clear, business-focused insights.
- Ensure strong data accuracy, governance and consistency across reporting outputs.
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, performance reporting or business intelligence.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with BI and visualisation tools and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and data models.
- Experience in credit risk, fraud, identity or compliance analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, statistics or a related discipline.
