Client Details

One of Australia’s largest wholesale distribution conglomerates, is looking for a senior Industrial Relations Manager to join their legal team and support industrial relations strategy across the business. As part of this role, you will be involved in supporting business leads across all areas of the company by providing support in relation to industrial relations issues.



Description 

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring enterprise agreement negotiation is conducted within the companies IR framework
  • Provide support on IR issues, including disputes
  • Capacity building, including through coaching and training of management

Profile

Key Requirements
  • Experience in an IR role at a firm operating under multiple enterprise agreements
  • Experience working in IR strategy and enterprise agreement negotiation
  • Knowledge of IR legislation
  • Ability to work autonomously
