Their client base primarily consists of businesses with turnovers between $5-50 million, allowing for interesting and varied work. Staff work closely with partners on each project, ensuring a team-oriented approach to every job. They’re looking for a Senior Manager who wants to be part of the team with the ambition to drive the future growth for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients from multiple partners within the firm.
Work on an established client base of $1 million.
Client meetings with Partners.
Workflow management, succession planning, business planning, profitability forecasting, cashflow forecasting, business sales and purchases.
Help clients run their business from a financial reporting perspective.

Skills and Qualifications

At least of 9 years of experience within Australian public practice.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Manager level role.
CA or CPA qualification in Australia.
Great leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of accounting software and financial management tools.
