A leading global organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team to assist in the delivery of high quality commercial and technology-related legal advice.


Description

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing, drafting and negotiating on a variety of legal agreements

• Provide proactive advice on a variety of commercial legal and technology issues

• Working autonomously and proactively to make valuable contributions to the team

• Assisting with complex IP licensing and open-source software

Profile

Key Requirements

• Ideally a minimum of 6 years PQE

• Previous experience in technology, telecommunications, intellectual property, procurement, and commercial contracts

• Strong drafting and negotiating skills

• Enjoy working autonomously and in a team

• Excellent relationship and influencing skills
