  Description
  
  Within the Corporate Development team, you will assess, advise, resolve, and negotiate day-to-day commercial matters in relation to the different projects, you will also be a key contributor in developing and initiating contracts and will take ownership for:

• Leading a commercial team on large infrastructure projects and be responsible for fulfilling the requirements of the commercial function.
• Providing commercial finance support to complex bids & tenders
• Develop pricing strategy, strategic analysis, contractual review and partner negotiations
• Collaborate with legal, finance & business development
• Undertake complex financial modelling

Profile

There is a continuing requirement for experienced commercial finance professionals who can provide a cutting edge in bidding and who have the skills to deal with complex problems across the contract lifecycle.

Candidate with experience in Corporate Development, M&A or Bids/Tenders with experience in service-based engagements are encouraged to apply.

You will likely be qualified CA, CPA, and/or CFA gained with Professional Services or Investment Banking.
