This role is key to ensuring smooth system operations, accurate tracking, compliance, and providing actionable insights to enhance employee learning and capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimise SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including content deployment, SCORM/SFTP troubleshooting, and system updates.
- Conduct system testing, configuration changes, and support platform releases and optimisations.
- Maintain data integrity, compliance, and content lifecycle management.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform strategic learning decisions.
- Provide training and guidance to end users; consult with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align system functionality with learning objectives.
- Lead or support LMS projects, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors Learning or similar LMS platforms.
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, data management, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, project management, and process improvement skills.
- SAP Learning Administration Certification preferred.
