About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the national sales strategy and execution for a business. Reporting directly to the MD, the role will focus on accelerating revenue growth by deepening utility relationships, expanding supplier networks, and strengthening national market share.

This position is ideal for a high-performing sales leader ready to take the next step into broader commercial leadership.
 
Duties
  • Own the national pipeline and sales number, ensuring margin discipline and pipeline velocity
    • Develop account strategies for major utilities and contractors
    • Lead technical submissions for product approvals across key networks
    • Identify and secure new distribution agreements
    • Build joint go-to-market strategies with global suppliers
    • Collaborate across engineering, marketing, operations, and logistics for seamless delivery
    • Coach and mentor a small but growing sales team
    • Shape the pricing strategy and lead incentive frameworks
 
Skills & Experience
  • Ideally 7–10+ years of sales experience ideally in energy or power utilitie
    • Proven record managing annual revenue with consistent growth
    • Ideally a deep network in utilities; strong market credibility
    • Hands-on leader who thrives in both boardroom and field environments
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and drive profitability
    • Experience securing and managing strategic supply agreements
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and dashboard reporting
    • Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
