Description

The Risk Analyst will work under the Head of Risk and support various Risk Managers across Credit Risk, Market Risk, Settlements Risk and Data Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular risk reporting and monitor for the energy portfolio position.
• Maintain the Energy Trading Risk Management system.
• Analyse the wholesale energy market and share insights to senior management.
• Perform valuations and settlement calculations.
• Enhance or implement risk management policies and procedures.

Profile

To be successful, you must have:

• 1-3 years risk analyst experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline – mathematics, finance, actuarial, engineering etc.
• Energy industry experience will be highly regarded.
• Driven and self-motivated individual seeking opportunities for professional development.

Job Offer

The salary on offer for this permanent role is $100k to $130k base + super + bonus potential.
