Full-Time - 9 month Contract - Hybrid
Are you passionate about shaping reward strategies that drive performance and engagement? We’re looking for an experienced Rewards Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team and lead the delivery of key reward programs that make a measurable impact across the business.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing and executing major reward cycles through SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring our remuneration and performance programs are fair, competitive, and aligned with business goals.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing and executing major reward cycles through SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring our remuneration and performance programs are fair, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the annual Remuneration, Incentive, and Performance Review programs from planning to execution.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver a seamless employee experience through accurate and timely reward processes.
- Drive best-practice approaches to compensation benchmarking, performance calibration, and pay-for-performance strategies.
- Manage relationships with external survey providers and reward consultants to ensure robust market insights and benchmarking data.
- Stay informed of the latest reward trends and market movements, bringing innovative thinking to how we recognise and reward our people.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in reward or compensation roles, with deep expertise in remuneration benchmarking, performance reviews, and compensation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in performance management and compensation modules.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
