Rewards Manager
Full-Time - 9 month Contract - Hybrid
 
Are you passionate about shaping reward strategies that drive performance and engagement? We’re looking for an experienced Rewards Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team and lead the delivery of key reward programs that make a measurable impact across the business.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing and executing major reward cycles through SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring our remuneration and performance programs are fair, competitive, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage the annual RemunerationIncentive, and Performance Review programs from planning to execution.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver a seamless employee experience through accurate and timely reward processes.
  • Drive best-practice approaches to compensation benchmarking, performance calibration, and pay-for-performance strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external survey providers and reward consultants to ensure robust market insights and benchmarking data.
  • Stay informed of the latest reward trends and market movements, bringing innovative thinking to how we recognise and reward our people.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in reward or compensation roles, with deep expertise in remuneration benchmarking, performance reviews, and compensation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in performance management and compensation modules.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
