    Duties include:

    Main Point of Contact for Office – Front of house to greet internal & external guests
    • Administrative Assistance
      • Diary management
      • Email management
      • Coordination of travel
      • Information preparation for Executives
      • Assist with international visitor coordination when required
      • Ad hoc administration as needed
      • Project work as required
      Office support
      • Catering for whole office events
      • Cleaning and tidying of the office: meeting rooms, dishwasher, kitchen, fridge clean
      • Local building maintenance management when the Property Manager is unavailable
      • Catering for team events
      • Inductions for employees
      • Offer support to the broader Service Support team when needed
      • Reception cover 8.30am – 5.30 pm
      • Point of contact at reception
      • Courier ordering and Australia Post mailing
      • Parking request coordination
      • General office announcements
