Client Service Officer (Accounting Support)
Location: Southport 
Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced administrator with a background in accounting or financial advising? We’re on the lookout for detail-oriented professionals to join a lively, fast-paced team offering social connection, and professional growth.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this hands-on admin role, you’ll support a variety of financial and client-facing tasks, including:

  • Collating client documentation and handling purchasing workflows (A2M / diesel A2M)
  • Managing and editing client details
  • Preparing client reports and chasing information or payments
  • Liaising confidently with the ATO for general interest charge matters
  • Assisting with payment arrangements, asset changes, and setup of companies/trusts
  • Providing occasional reception support
 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–4 years’ experience in administration, accounting support, or financial services
  • Familiarity with Xero products (Xero and XBM) and document management systems
  • Proactive communication skills and the confidence to engage with the ATO
  • A team-focused attitude with a willingness to get involved and contribute
