Client:

We are seeking an immaculately presented and highly capable Receptionist to join a dynamic, fast-evolving professional services firm on a 2-month contract basis. With our recent merger and ongoing growth, this is an exciting time to become part of a forward-thinking business environment.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming mail, couriers, and parcel deliveries efficiently
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, manage the meeting calendar, and ensure rooms are set up with water, tea, and coffee
  • Oversee general housekeeping and uphold a polished, professional front-of-house presentation
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, high-growth business environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and think on your feet
  • Previous front-of-house or reception experience in a corporate/professional services setting preferred
  • Comfortable working in an environment with “moving parts” – flexibility and initiative are key
  • Availability for full-time or part-time work over the contract period
