• Quality Manager role reporting to the Head of Technical

Client Details
The business is a household name in food manufacturing experiencing a real growth trajectory over recent years. With 3 manufacturing facilities across ANZ the business is looking for its next Quality Manager to be based at its South Western Sydney Headquarters.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Technical you will manage compliance with food safety, quality, customer and legislative requirements as well as providing technical support to the broader business. Your role will span internal and external audits, management of the CMS and ensuring Food Safety Systems comply with BRC requirements. Through your team you will ensure GMP and internal systems audits are performed across the factory, products are compliant for export and that the food safety culture is embedded into the operation.
Profile
You are a proven Quality Manager with a wealth of experience gained within food or beverage manufacturing. You hold expertise regards audits, quality standards and systems use; possessing expertise around HAACP, SQF or BRC as well as export regulations. Crucially you will also have developed inter personal skills and the ability to form world class teams and relationships across the business. You technical skills are complemented by a Degree in a food science or related subject.
