Role
The purpose of the Project Manager role is to oversee and manage projects by defining scope and goals, developing plans and budgets, leading teams, ensuring quality deliverables, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Primary responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and deliverables. Internally across product, sales, marketing, quality, engineering, supply chain. Externally with suppliers.
- Agile way of working to create and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide clear direction and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Monitor and address project risks, issues, and changes, applying corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering and Tech Support) to align project goals with broader business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and ongoing improvement within the project team.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent at interacting with stakeholders and team members.
- Hands-on experience in the development of a robust and successful financial strategy to support significant growth initiatives.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess a sense of urgency.
- Effective in addressing challenges and making decisions.
- Skilled in motivating and leading project teams with a focus care and compassion.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ideally strong in electronics or mechanical products.
