Program Officer
Contract Duration: 8 weeks from start date (with possibility to extend)

An opportunity is available for a Program Officer to provide high-level administrative and case management support within a regulatory environment. The role supports statutory functions and requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

The role will be allocated responsibility in one or more of the following areas:
  • Processing complaints relating to potential misconduct
  • Managing cases involving individuals with impaired capacity
  • Supporting matters where professional performance is assessed as unsatisfactory
  • Maintaining accurate case files and documentation in line with legislative and procedural requirements
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support timely case progression
About You
  • Experience in high-level administration, case management, or regulatory roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience in a regulatory, government, or compliance-focused environment is highly regarded
This is a short-term contract opportunity with the possibility of extension based on operational requirements.
