A globally recognised fashion brand, established in 2013, our client has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination. Working closely with the Company Directors, this standalone position will be working across all elements of HR, in line with Company strategy, business operations and legislation.

Responsibilities


  • Provides timely and accurate advice on HR activities, policies, practices, conditions of employment, entitlements and related issues to Directors, managers and team members
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process 
  • Ensures up to date employment law practices and consistent interpretation of relevant employment legislation
  • Serves as a facilitator, mediator or coach to resolve problems, difficulties and grievances 
  • Coordinates and/or attends a range of organisation wide meetings, forums and events relevant to HRM, to inform strategic planning and policy
  • Develops and maintains HR documentation including letters of offer, contracts, induction plans, policies & procedures, templates and organisation charts
  • Manages and maintains HRIS and Payroll systems from set up, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Provides coaching and advisory support to Managers on performance/conduct related matters
What we are looking for;
  • Experienced HR Generalist, results oriented and commercial
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience within a standalone and fast paced environment, ideally in an online or retail organisation
  • Tertiary qualified in HR or business-related discipline
  • Demonstrated business partnering skills at senior leadership team level
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader team
  • Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations and legislation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Honesty, integrity and discretion
