FutureYou have partnered with a medium sized business in the recruitment of a brand new standalone Payroll Specialist to join the team!

This role is newly created as the role has become big enough for one person to manage end to end. Previously this was split between finance and HR.

They have been running a fantastic process, payroll has no issues and they operate great systems, however, you will need to implement a new system next year.

The team are amazing, all long standing and have worked together for many years. Cultural fit is hugely important as they feel like a family away from home!

Description

End to end processing of approx 300 people monthly.
No EBAs or awards.
All statutory deductions such as tax, super and all third party payments.
All reporting for payroll.
Implementation of a new payroll system.

This is the perfect role for someone looking for a great role close to home. It is not a complex payroll and even though standalone, the entire business will operate as your back up if you need time off.

Profile

Please ensure you have end to end processing experience at a Senior level.

Also, please ensure you can go to the office at least 3 x a week.

Job Offer

In return you will receive approximately $100k + Super - this can be stretched slightly for the right person.

They are based in Bella Vista, please ensure you can go to office at least 3 x a week. They have parking on-site and it is accessible by public transport.
