Client Details
FutureYou have partnered with a very large manufacturing business in the recruitment of a new stand-alone Payroll Manager to join their team permanently. Due to the second retirement of the role, they are looking for a fresh set of eyes to take over the department.
For now - stand-alone. However, this is only going to grow! You will eventually recruit your new team of direct reports and implement their brand new payroll system.
The finance and HR departments are all tenure employees - they love their work and business!
Description
End to end processing of payroll for approx 250 employees
All deductions - superannuation, tax, PAYG
No complexities such as EBAs
Automated timesheets
Project work - implement their new payroll system with the Consultant in charge!
Grow your team - want to be a hands on Manager?
This would suit a Senior Officer looking to further develop or a seasoned Payroll Manager looking to move into a smaller, tight knit team.
Profile
Please ensure you have end to end payroll processing experience. Leadership is not essential, this is standalone to start with. MicrOpay experience is desired but not essential.
Job Offer
In return, you will receive $90k - $100k + Super - its a smooth sailing position! They are based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, parking on-site but super flexible regulations - working from home and in office optional.
