Client Details

Our client, a leading international law firm currently on a growth trajectory has a vacancy for an experienced paralegal with strong research skills to join their Litigation team based in Sydney.


To provide an expert level of efficient, client-focused legal administrative service to the ligigation partner by ensuring they have appropriate administrative support for their work activities. This is a fast-paced and varied role.

  • Legal research
  • Document review
  • Use LexisNexis and Westlaw
  • Draft correspondence
  • Updating legal records
  • Preparation and editing of legal contracts and documents
  • Preparing and attending to lodgment of applications with various authorities
  • Assisting with the document execution approval process
  • Arrange document execution both electronically via DocuSign and wet ink signatures
  • Verifying execution of documents by external parties
  • Maintaining up-to-date registers of legal documentation
  • General administration
Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years’ experience in a paralegal role with disputes resolution exposure.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse and review any legal documents.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive approach and drive to take ownership of your own matters.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience working on LexisNexis/Westlaw/document review - Relativity desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, Diploma of Paralegal services.
